It's been a banner year for it and voters in Michigan and north Dakota will have the chance to become Colorado to become the next two states to legalize recreational marijuana use and in Utah and Missouri, yes, Ute, will choose whether to legalize it for medical use and in Florida, Rihanna is supporting this, whether to restore voting rights to people who have been convicted of felonies who have already served their time and tweeted out, vote yes on amendment 4 to restore voting rights to folks who have already paid their debt to society. 1.5 million people perhaps.
